Jared — Clayton and I met you and your wife in Paris. I tried to send a couple of photos, but the email bounced as your mailbox was full. Please let me know when it is cleared out, and I will try again.

Mr Wilson , im interested in having your band play at one of my promotions in Washington pa, I am a small time promoter and watched you guys perform at little e place last weekend , great job by the way, I want to set something up for april or may, still putting things together, was wondering what type of price range you require , my budget for jazz bands is 3-450 range , I would like the same music you did at little e place and same time frame , thanks for your time , if we can work together I plan on having these shows every 3 months or more .

    Hi Jared!

I met you recently at Little E’s when you and your band played wonderfully!!! I am the woman in one of your breaks that you met. I shared with you how I lost a son at fourteen years old who played tenor and soprano sax. My husband and I had a wonderful time. So much so that we were moved to dance. I am contacting you because we are having a community event in my city south of Pittsburgh in Uniontown. It is a Meet & Greet, Uniontown a Community for Unity! We assembled this event in the hopes of evoking change and unity within our community among city officials police and our citizens to come together as we blur the lines of race gender culture and ethnicity. Our hopes are to challenge other cities to fall in line and promote the same agendas in order to be proactive instead of reactive to the various tragedies that’s plaguing our nation from state to state. Regarding Ferguson S.C. N.Y. and Baltimore recently. We are trying to take preventative measures by coming together to fellowship by having an old fashioned cook-out that promotes an atmosphere of change for the better and an opportunity to get to know one another personally. We would love to retain your band for a couple of hours for our event if it is possible. It will be at the Marshal Park in Uniontown Pa. outside on the grass. I don’t know how much your prices are but if you could let me know I would greatly appreciate it and be able to ascertain whether we have raised enough funds to retain your band! Thank you again for mentioning my son during your last song which was people make the world go round. Every time I think of it I am blessed all over again!
